We are very interested in exclusive villas, fincas and apartments. Register as an owner and tell us about your property: location and view, luxury setup or an extraordinary style. Our team checks every submission within a short validation time and comes back to you.
Having your property listed is free of charge for owners. We do not charge owners any fee or commission. We pass your property on to a suitable partner agent of our marketplace who presents it to interested buyers. The agent charges his or her commission to the future buyer and pays us a fee for the placement on myvilla24.
Then become an agent with myvilla24. Register online, and we will contact you as soon as possible. After registration we send you our agent agreement by email. Once it is signed, we activate your account and you can submit properties. Fees apply to agents only and are set out in the agent agreement (see the plans below).
Myvilla24 is listing exclusively luxury and high value properties. We are looking for something special: either its location and view, the luxury setup or an extraordinary style. Our target is not to have a great number of properties to offer, but very exclusive and extraordinary villas, fincas and apartments.
